We would like to present to you a 47 apartment unit situated in lower ground floor in a building that went through an extensive reconstruction just a couple years ago. The apartment itself was renovated in 2015 and without a doubt it is in a very well preserved state, ready for move-in at no extra costs.

Speaking of layout, some would say 2+kk and some argue for 1+1. The official verdict labels the unit 1+1, but thanks to the spacious kitchen it is possible to be used just like a 2+kk.

The drivers will surely appreciate the city circuit that you can turn to from the road just behind the building.
