Vysoký Újezd village
Vysoký Újezd is a village with a long history, within the ideal driving distance to Prague on the one hand, and on the border of the famous Czech Karst on the other. The village is located just 5 minutes from the D5 motorway connecting Prague with Pilsen.
Until 2018, the village was known mainly to golf fans, as the Albatross golf course is located here hosting the largest domestic and world tournaments.
However, in 2018, the first stage of family house construction has started, which completely changed the character of the village.
Together with the implementation of the Castle Gardens project, the developer agreed with the municipality to support civic amenities such as a new kindergarten and grade school, shops, restaurants, beauty salons, fitness centers, playgrounds or a luxury wellness center. All these are being built here at the local chateau in the very center of the village.

With moderate traffic, you can get to the city center of Prague and its pulsing business district in around 35 minutes. Are you a frequent air traveller? The Václav Haver airport is only 20 minutes away from your doorstep.
Breath taking location
To be honest, we don’t even know where to start. This part can have its own section and a separate article. South from Vysoký Újezd, around 15 minute car ride is located the Czech Karst national park with iconic Karlštejn - its most popular cultural destination. Here you can admire the 14th century gothic architecture. There are plenty of refreshment sites along the way there or back from the castle.
If you are a nature fan, we recommend you to visit the Czech “grand canyon” - Quarry Great America located only 7 minutes North from Karlštejn. This 750 meters long and 150 meters wide quarry offers beautiful views and crystal clear water. Last but not least landmark of the Czech Karst is the beautiful Svatý Jan pod Skalou. The combination of a natural formation with amazing views and Baroque architecture is the reason for the high tourist traffic in this area.
North of Vysoký Újezd, via the D5 motorway, you can reach the area of impenetrable forests and castle ruins of the Křivoklát region. The almost intact natural oasis is home to Křivoklát Castle, various trails for hikers and cyclists or lookout towers, where we will have Křivoklátsko in the palm of our hand. And the fresh air? Definitely not harmful.
Or maybe a bit more adrenalin? Rafting enthusiasts will get their money's worth down the Berounka river.
In addition to the Albatross golf course, players can also look forward to the Karlštejn resort. If you want to get an overview, definitely do not hesitate and book a balloon flight from the adjacent village of Kozolupy.
Cyclists can look forward to an inexhaustible number of cycle paths of varying difficulty, while enjoying unforgettable panoramas.
Family house with a usable area of 179m2
We would like to present to you the project of a family house, for which a building permit has already been granted. The lower floor equips a utility room, a bathroom with a toilet, a guest room and a kitchen connecting the living room. The upper floor then houses a compact office space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a hallway with plenty of storage space. Of course, the terrace is a must for sessions with family or friends.
The house is secured from the east side and the whole house provides enough windows to ensure amazing lighting conditions during the day. The owners really took care in the preparation of the whole project and we think the result is truly worth it. The terrace located towards the west guarantees lots of sunlight during the afternoon and early evening hours.

The total land area of 819 m2 of a rectangular shape boasts a length of 45.5m and width of 18m. It is sold completely networked (electricity, sewer, water and gas). The owners have already negotiated the connection itself. Therefore everything is ready for the construction itself. We recommend to harvest rainwater through an 8 m3 tank at the back of the plot.
