Currently, an ongoing reconstruction of this 3+1 apartment with a total area of 74m2 is on the way for the new homeowners. New electric wiring, wall alignment, bathroom, toilet, floors and on top of that a new room disposition. All this is expected to be completed in September 2022. With especially critical aspects of the reconstruction in mind such as long waiting periods, increasing raw material prices, this is a true blessing in the sky.

However the main living room is the jewel of the apartment with a suspended ceiling, direct access to a west facing balcony.

High quality materials, practical disposition and modern look

Location where everything is at hand

Řepy neighborhood is a completely self-sustaining district where you will find everything for a content life. Whatever you wish for is here - sporting grounds, access to nature, restaurants, coffee houses, post office, schools of all levels, kid’s playgrounds, etc.

For family shopping we recommend Billa or Albert within the walking distance or Tesco and Lidl just 2 minutes away by car. Fancy something bigger? Just 7 minutes away is the Metropole Zličín shopping mall.

Your kids have a variety of options for education. Just 10 minutes away are already three great alternatives - Jan Werich elementary school, local Gymnasium, or a kindergarten. And what about the afterschool program? No worries, there are plenty of options in the neighbourhood including the urban forest.

However, we shouldn’t forget about nature in the area. An incredible urban park Košíře - Motol is located just 3 minutes away.
