To live or not to live in Prague? That’s the real question many of us are asking. A potential answer might be Jinočany.
A town just seven minutes away from Zličín where you feel like you’re in Prague but it’s just not so. A place perfect for families where the average price for m^2 is up to 20% lower than in other neighbourhoods on the south-east border of Prague like Zličín or Stodůlky.
At a time of rising interest rates and high property prices, Jinočany might be the ideal choice as it will surely be annexed by Prague in the foreseeable future.

Functional space arrangement and complete equipment
This 74 m^2, three bedroom apartment is located in the 2nd floor of an apartment house and is part of seven other ones that were built as a part of a larger developer project from the year 2012. Right at the doorstep you will be pleased by a spacious, 9 m^2 foyer that separates one of the bedrooms from the other living areas. On your left you will find a toilet and on the other side there is the bathroom. The fact that these two are separated is rather practical.
Nevertheless, the dominant feature of this property is without a doubt an ample living room combined with the kitchen featuring an astounding 30 m^2 of usable area, large enough for a family house. From this room you can enter a 4 m^2 balcony oriented to the west which means you are only a glass of Prosecco away from a romantic evening. One of the bedrooms which can be used as a home office is also accessible from the living room.
A surprise here might be the second balcony, also at 4 m^2 and oriented to the east so you have a place to enjoy a sunny morning cup of coffee or a glass of fresh orange juice. An apartment with two balconies is quite a rarity these days, usually seen at a larger price point.
If finding a parking spot in Prague gives you headaches, ache no more. The apartment comes with two parking spots just for you, just like all of your neighbours which ensures a solid foundation for harmonic relationships in your new home.

Perfect place for your kids
The residential area where the apartment is located boasts a playground bordering a football field with artificial grass. All of that only a hundred meters away from your home so you can let your kids run free without worries. Since there are no main roads or motorways, you also don’t have to be concerned about your kids’ safety. Bikes or roller skates? No problem!
In case your little brats will get bored, you can visit the local football field and support your local team. Ninety minutes match might be a bit of a stretch so your kids can play at the nearby playground.
