This 175 m2 family house, divided into three separate floors is a row-type house that of which the construction dates back to the 70’s. Nevertheless, the property underwent a generous reconstruction - more in the listing section “It’s all about the details”. The house is located in a calm, dead-end street, far away from any city bustle. Let’s dive in the structure of the property below in more detail.
